Requirements:
- BS in Accounting
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting
- CPA or CPA track
- MST/MBT are a plus
- Working knowledge of corporate, partnership, fiduciary and individual income tax preparation
- Ability to analyze client situations using current tax laws and prepare conclusions for partners/managers
Preferences:
- Self-starter and motivator
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Experience reviewing individual income tax returns a plus
